Services are essentially buildings with staff that will aid the player to maintain a park.
The player can hire a certain number of staff to provide these services in Scenario and Campaign modes, or an infinite number of staff in Sandbox mode. The staff for a specific service will usually stay inside their building, but if they're service is required (e.g., for the medical service if a guest gets injured), they will come out of they're building and help with whatever service they provide.
